This version mostly provides a lot of enhancements to the API which is designed to support the new Sirportly v3 user interface. In addition to this, we have also undertaken to rename customers to contacts throughout the interface.
tickets/filterAPI method will now only return columns required for the filter. It also now supports
orderparameters which override the default sort order. This applies in API v2 onwards, v1 behaviour remains the same.
