Our team is still hard at work getting the new version of Sirportly to the point where it’s ready for people outside Krystal to use. We’re planning on inviting people to participate in a closed beta in the next couple of months. If everything goes well, we’re hoping to launch later this year.
Yes! We’re building an importer tool to make it super easy to migrate your tickets across from the likes of Zendesk and Help Scout.
We haven’t just reskinned the current version of Sirportly - we’ve taken the time to rebuild the entire product from scratch. Every feature has been carefully redesigned for maximum usability, and we’ve even stripped away a few things that our users found particularly confusing.
We are not planning to increase pricing for existing customers.
For many of our customers, the existing version of Sirportly is working beautifully. We are not in the business of forcing anyone to migrate over to the new version the moment it’s live. We will continue to support the existing interface for at least 12 months post launch, so don’t worry - you have plenty of time to assess whether the new version is right for your business.
Yes, and we’ll even help you move across. Just let us know when you’re ready to make the move and we’ll hold your hand every step of the way. We’re also resurrecting our import tool, Importly, to make the migration even easier.
