Our whole team sits in our team chat room every day and Sirportly joins the conversation to let us know whether a ticket has been updated so we can take a look right away.

Which team chat services are supported?

We currently provide support for HipChat and Slack. If there’s any other services you’d like to see supported, please get in touch.

How does it work?

When you enable a team chat module, Sirportly will automatically post a message to your room whenever key events occur in your help desk. Specifically, whenever a new ticket arrives or a ticket is updated, a message will be posted. Simple as that!
