Hipchat integration allows you to communicate ticketing information directly into a Hipchat room, with automatic posting on ticket creation & updates, and the ability to post using macros. For more information about Hipchat, visit their website.

Enter the Room Name you wish updates to be posted into, the API key for your Hipchat account, and the name you'd like the updates to be posted from into Hipchat. You can also choose the colour of the message in Hipchat (choose from yellow, red, green, purple and random) & whether or not you want Hipchat to be automatically updated when tickets are updated and created.
